Email Communications
What you can expect:
Emails from the school come from the Head of School, members of the Academic Team and other departments as needed.
- Sundays: The school sends Events & Reminders, which include information about the upcoming week's events, deadlines, timely announcements and save-the-date information.
- Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays: Communications from the school can be expected on these days only. Emails may be sent on other weekdays in the event of unforeseen or urgent circumstances.
- Fridays: Head teachers send class news every other Friday. Twice per trimester, an edition of Class News is written by the specialist teachers in each division. Middle school families will receive a LAB Day Class News at the end of each trimester.

Our Statement on Statements
Upon the occurrence of world events unrelated to our function as a Pre K through 8th Grade school, our primary focus will be on providing support and resources for affected community members, rather than publicly communicating a stance or position unless we deem it necessary. Our goal is to ensure we are able to fulfill our mission and foster an inclusive learning environment in which all community members are seen, heard and valued. This is achieved as we continue to value open inquiry, expertise and diverse perspectives, as well as cultivate an environment where students are taught to think freely and empowered to do so.
