Application Process and Timeline

During our 2020-2021 admissions season, the application process for the 2021-2022 school year will be completely virtual.

Applications for the 2021-2022 school year will be available online beginning September 1, 2020.

Important Dates for the 2020-2021 Admissions Season

Early Notification applications are accepted by the deadlines for grades 2s - Kindergarten. Early Notification for grades 1st -7th are determined by availability only. For more information about our Early Notification Program, click here.


  • October 1: Submit required forms to your child’s current school
  • December 1: Financial Aid (TADS) applications due

Application Checklist

  • Complete the online application
  • Request current school submits required forms to Stevens
  • Submit current school transcript
  • Submit work samples (applicants to grades 3-7)
  • Schedule student and parent interviews

Interview Process

Student interviews are scheduled by the parent/guardian, once their application has been submitted. Scheduling can be completed on the Admissions Progress Page. All parents and guardians who are new to the school will also have a Parent/Guardian Interview with a member of the Admissions Team. Interview schedules will open in October.

Early Childhood Applicants (2-Year-Olds - 1st Grade)

Applicants will participate in an interactive Zoom visit with the Early Childhood Director or campus Principal and a teacher.  Parents/guardians will receive an instructional email 48 hours prior to the Zoom visit in order to prepare. 

2nd - 7th Grade Applicants

 Applicants will meet 1:1 with an interviewer on Zoom. During this meeting the interviewer will get to know the applicant and assess additional core skills.
