If your child is currently enrolled in school, we require forms to be completed from your child's current teacher and the school's director. Parents are responsible for sending forms to the child’s current school, and that school in turn must send the forms directly to Stevens. The forms are completely confidential.
Confidential forms should be submitted to your child's current school. They should be completed and returned directly to the admissions office by mail or email. Applicants who have not attended a formal school do not need to have completed forms. Forms for playgroups, extracurricular classes or drop off programs are not necessary.
Forms cannot be submitted to Stevens before October 1 of the current school year.
