Student Enrollment Application
Teacher Evaluation
Principal Evaluation
Transcript (Kindergarten - 7th Grade Applicants)
Graded Work Samples (3rd - 7th Grade Applicants)

4. Complete Student and Parent/Guardian Interviews

5. Receive Notification Decision from School
6. Submit Contract Back to School

BIRTHDAY REQUIREMENTS
Students must be the age of their entering class by September 1. Students must be three by September 1 for the PreK 3s, four by September 1 for the PreK 4s, and five by September 1 for Kindergarten. For 1st grade and older, we require the applying student to have completed the previous grade. These birthday requirements are not flexible.
