Welcome Parents!

This website strives to both showcase Stevens to the outside world and communicate important information to the school community, including parents, faculty and staff.

Our goal is to gather all the information you need here in one place.  Here is a brief overview:

  • News & Events Highlights and Classroom Highlights pages that include pictures and descriptions of the latest happenings in the school.
  • A comprehensive online Calendar that includes all of the school events, vacations and student trips.
  • The School Directory (to find contact information for faculty, parents and students) and the printable Family Directory. (This is the only part of our website that you must login to view.  See directions below.)
  • The Forms and Downloads page that contains the school calendar, required school forms, the Family Handbook and the school's bylaws.
  • Board of Trustees page with current members and their bios.

We hope you will find the website useful and return frequently.  We welcome your thoughts and comments about what you find most useful. In order to access the school directories, you will need to log in. (Parents new to the school will be able to log in by September 20, 2012.)

To set up a log in:

1. Click LOGIN HERE on the left side of the Parent Page

2. When you see the log in screen, use the Retrieve Password link 

3. On that screen, simply enter the email address that you believe the school has on file for you (the address you gave the school)

4. The website will send you an email with a new, randomly generated password.  Check your email to find this password

5.Return to the login screen, and login using your email address and the new password (passwords are case-sensitive)

6. You will be logged in, and immediately taken to a screen that will ask you to update your password to a new password that you can easily remember

 

If you ever forget your password, you can simply repeat the steps above at any time to regain access to the website. If you ever change your email address, please contact the school so that we may update our records and ensure you can continue to access the website. Administrators at Stevens will not know your password, but if you're having trouble logging in please contact us: school@stevenscoop.org
