Application Process & Timeline

Families seeking admission for the fall of 2010 please note that we are still accepting applications for some grades. Please contact the Director of Admissions for more information. Even when all interview slots have been filled we encourage interested families to submit (a) the Application for Admissions form in hard copy without a fee; (b) a current school report. If interview slots open up, we will call families according to the date applications were received.

If you are interested in applying to the School please contact the the Admissions Office to find out if there are available spaces.

  • Application Process 2s & 3s Half-Day Programs

    Applications due by January 2, 2010

    Applicants for the 2s program, at 301 Bloomfield Street, must turn two by June 1, 2010. Prospective families will have their choice of a daily two-and-a-half hour session, at either 8:45 – 11:15 a.m. or 12:45 – 3:15 p.m. First choice sessions are not guaranteed.

  • Application Process 4s – Kindergarten

    Applications due by January 2, 2010

    The 4s and PreK are both full day programs in Hoboken only (including early morning and afterschool care options). Children applying to the 4s program must turn four by September 1, 2010. The PreK students (older 4s) are in a mixed-age PreK/Kindergarten class. There are two PreK/K classes each with 18 children. Children applying to the PreK must turn 5 by February 1, 2010.

  • Early Notification Program for siblings of current students and children of full time faculty and staff

    APPLICATIONS ARE DUE BY NOVEMBER 16, 2009

    Stevens Cooperative School is committed to a policy of affording siblings of currently enrolled students and children of full-time faculty at Stevens a preference in the Stevens admission process. In accordance with this policy, Stevens offers an optional Early Notification Program for these applicants. Preference is not a guarantee of admission, nor of a space in a particular campus/class. If the applicant is qualified, acceptance and class assignment is offered at the School’s discretion. Please read the Early Notification letter for more information. Applicant families need to complete the Early Notification Form and appropriate application.
